The bachelor’s degrees in the Bellevue College Business Tech division are all selective admission programs. Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission, as the number of qualified applicants may exceed the number of available seats in the program. It is strongly encouraged that students communicate with the appropriate program manager prior to filling out the BAS application to make sure they are ready to apply.

Program Prerequisites

Please review current eligibility requirements and program prerequisites that are listed on the appropriate program website to ensure that you meet admission qualifications. In order to be eligible, you will need to have all prerequisite coursework completed prior to the “program start date”.  If a course is listed as “recommended” you are not required to have completed this course prior to the program start date.

Official Transcripts

Please note that any transcripts attached in this application will be used on an unofficial basis only. If you haven’t already submitted official transcripts to Bellevue College, you will also need to follow the steps below to officially transfer your credits in

  1. Submit official transcript(s)
  2. Check “Advisor Notes” on your ctcLink account to verify that your official transcript has been received
  3. After you see that your transcript has been received, fill out a transfer credit request form (Select the bachelor’s degree you are applying for)

Note: If your official transcript is already on file you do not need to resubmit official transcripts, however you must fill out a new transfer credit request form specific to the degree you are pursuing

Substitutions 

If course substitutions have been approved by the department chair, students should contact the program manager after credits have been officially transferred over so that a substitution form can be filled out. 


Application Fee

Payment Policy

The $50.00 application fee is generally not refundable unless it is determined that either the payment was made in error; the applicant is not eligible for admissions (e.g. under-age); or an appeal is granted through the college’s appeals process. If the payment is made in error or an appeal is granted, a refund will be processed within thirty (30) days of that determination.
